Claudia Carrera

Claudia Carrera provides recently arrived immigrant communities in New York City and State with the necessary legal Know Your Rights information and materials at Immigrant Arc. As a child of immigrants, Claudia's passion is in providing resources and rights to marginalized immigrant communities for their strength and bravery. Claudia previously worked at the New York Immigration Coalition where she ran community events that provided comprehensive social and legal services to the undocumented population throughout all of New York City’s boroughs. Claudia recently worked in economic empowerment, providing financial literacy workshops and hunger relief to the Latinx community. Claudia holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations and a Masters' degree in Student Affairs Counseling.
