Welcoming New York
Through its programs, Immigrant ARC has fostered unprecedented levels of cooperation between legal service providers in New York, which has improved the administration of justice while ensuring that immigrant New Yorkers understand their rights and have access to civil legal representation. Beginning in 2023, I-ARC is proud to be partnering with the New York Immigration Coalition to launch a first-of-its-kind statewide coordinated effort to provide rapid response services to immigrant communities: Welcome New York Resettlement Campaign, which will serve as the bedrock for how I-ARC carries out its mission throughout New York State.

Expand Friend of the Court Programs
We will expand our Friend of the Court programs to additional courtrooms in New York City and, through partnerships with local providers, at the Buffalo Immigration Court to help ensure migrants appearing in those courts without representation understand their rights and what is expected of them.
