On October 5, 2020 Immigrant ARC and member organization the Deportation Defense Clinic at Hofstra School of Law filed Freedom of Information Act Requests to obtain clarity on how the US Government maintains various law enforcement databases and how they share that information with foreign governments. On September 15th, Immigrant ARC, in partnership with the New York Chapter of the Truman National Security Project, S.T.R.O.N.G. Youth, and the Book House at Stuyvesant Plaza hosted the launch of Steven Dudley’s new book: “MS-13: The Making of America’s Most Notorious Gang.”
