Biden Admin’s Immigration Report Card

Washington, D.C. - The Ready to Stay Administrative Advocacy Working Group (RTSAAWG), chaired by the National Immigration Project of the National Lawyers Guild and including Immigrant-ARC and other immigration organizations, released today a new report to provide the Biden administration feedback on its progress breaking down the barriers to immigration services and benefits erected by the Trump administration.

While the Biden administration has made some progress, RTSAAWG is concerned that there are several categories of services where the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is still failing noncitizens, and by extension the American public.
