Referral Program
Overview:
Immigrant-ARC is committed to attracting quality candidates who align with our mission and values. To support this, we offer a referral program to incentivize our network, including external individuals not affiliated with our organization, to help us find top talent.
Eligibility:
All Immigrant-ARC employees, members, fellows, contractors, and external individuals (i.e., not employed by or affiliated with our organization).
Board members are NOT eligible to participate in the referral program.
CEO, Directors, Human Resources personnel, and managers with hiring authority over the referred candidates are not eligible for the referral bonus.
Referral Bonus:
Employees: You may be awarded a referral bonus of $200 (less taxes) if you refer a candidate who is hired and successfully employed for 90 days.
Non-Employees (Members, Fellows, Contractors or external individuals): You may be awarded a referral bonus of $200, which will be paid via check if you refer a candidate who is hired and successfully employed for 90 days.
Referral Process:
The recommendation must be received by Human Resources before or at the time the individual applies.
The referring individual must agree to have their name used when the company contacts the candidate.
The first person to refer a candidate will be the only one eligible for the bonus and must be the same person the candidate indicates during the pre-screening call with Human Resources.
Program Rules:
Only candidates who meet the essential qualifications for the position will be considered.
All candidates will be evaluated consistent with company policies and procedures.
Information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.
The hired candidate must be employed by Immigrant-ARC for the first 90 days to receive the referral bonus.
