Referral Program

Overview:

Immigrant-ARC is committed to attracting quality candidates who align with our mission and values. To support this, we offer a referral program to incentivize our network, including external individuals not affiliated with our organization, to help us find top talent.

Eligibility:

  • All Immigrant-ARC employees, members, fellows, contractors, and external individuals (i.e., not employed by or affiliated with our organization).

  • Board members are NOT eligible to participate in the referral program.

  • CEO, Directors, Human Resources personnel, and managers with hiring authority over the referred candidates are not eligible for the referral bonus.

Referral Bonus:

  • Employees: You may be awarded a referral bonus of $200 (less taxes) if you refer a candidate who is hired and successfully employed for 90 days.

  • Non-Employees (Members, Fellows, Contractors or external individuals): You may be awarded a referral bonus of $200, which will be paid via check if you refer a candidate who is hired and successfully employed for 90 days.

Referral Process:

  • The recommendation must be received by Human Resources before or at the time the individual applies.

  • The referring individual must agree to have their name used when the company contacts the candidate.

  • The first person to refer a candidate will be the only one eligible for the bonus and must be the same person the candidate indicates during the pre-screening call with Human Resources.

Program Rules:

  • Only candidates who meet the essential qualifications for the position will be considered.

  • All candidates will be evaluated consistent with company policies and procedures.

  • Information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.

  • The hired candidate must be employed by Immigrant-ARC for the first 90 days to receive the referral bonus.
