I-ARC Holds TPS Clinic at Bryant Park

On June 22, Immigrant ARC joined its partners Catholic Charities Community Services and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in hosting its first ever legal assistance clinic. The legal clinic aimed to serve Venezuelan community members to apply for Temporary Protected Status (TPS). The event brought together 15 pro bono volunteer attorneys across public & private sector from American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) network to helped 26 community members with their TPS application process as well as 7 employment applications.

This will be the first of many clinics I-ARC plans to join in pursuit of achieving its goal of justice for all immigrant New Yorkers.
