End of Construction of Border Wall

  1. Pauses construction of the wall at the Southern Border, no later than January 27, 2021.

    1. Pauses use of funds to pay for the construction, as allowed by law.

  2. Asks for  assessments of:

    1. The legality of the funding and methods used to build the wall;

    2. The administrative and contractual consequences of ceasing construction.

    3. All funding and contracts used to build the wall since February 15, 2019. Includes the use of funds directed to wall construction as well as funds diverted from other sources.

  3. Asks for a plan on how to re-direct funds currently earmarked for wall construction by March 20, 2021.
