Erika Ferrell

As a two-time graduate from the University of Kentucky, Erika has a diverse background in project management and administrative support. With over a decade of experience in the operations field, she’s spent the last 3 years specializing in process development, operations, and project planning. Erika joined Immigrant ARC in 2024 as an Executive Assistant to the Operations Team.

Erika can often be found buried in a book or hiking with her 2 hounds. She enjoys visiting National Parks and discovering great bookstores.
